Lymphatic what?

Don't feel bad-- in fact that is what most people say when I tell them about how I help people deal with their chronic health frustarions.

Not many people know this but our sinuses are actually like little pockets of air located all over our head, face, and body that get filled up with a fluid called lymph. What then is lymph? Lymph is the fluid that flows from our lymph nodes then thru our sinuses to cooperate with our white blood cells to protect our bodies from being infected by things like cancer cells, fungi, bacteria & viruses.

How can I put this simply...Lymph is to our lymphatic system what blood is to our circulatory system.

Now here's the thing though--

While our circulatory system has the heart to pump and keep it moving and flowing... the lymphatic system does not. In fact your lymph depends 100% on your skeletal muscular system moving it thru your joints. In other words-- when our bones & muscles are in optimal order, the lymph flows thru our system like a well-oiled machine.

Here lies the problem however... How many of us are in tip- top shape with no aches and pains resulting from strained muscles or misaligned bones?

If the lymph is not flowing freely it eventually fills up the pockets or sinus areas and blocks them up. It then could then cause swelling, add weight on us & become a breeding ground of infection. As you can imagine this can easily lead to a whole bunch of sinus related joint related and even weight related problems.

Think about that for a moment...
