Shopping Feeds-What Are They And How Can They Make You Millions

E-commerce web sites in today's world can not thrive on the income they generate from their own site. A successful web site must utilize the various shopping web sites on the internet such as Shop.com, Amazon, Biz Rate, Biz Buyer, Price Graber, Froogle, etc..

Web sites like Amazon, Nextag, Yahoo! Shopping, etc. are some of the most profitable web sites on the internet. What most people do not know is that they personally do not sell any products, they are made up of thousands of smaller merchants like you. They spend millions of dollars advertising their web sites, and driving traffic to their merchants all potentially for your benefit.

There are two main ways you can benefit from this opportunity. Individual product uploads and product feeds.

After you get approved for an account you will be faced with the daunting task of getting all of your products to them in the exact format they require. Unfortunately if it is not perfect they will kick it back to you. Assuming you have more then a few products, the product feed will be your only real options. Uploading 1 or 2 products is pretty easy, however for some of my clients with thousands of products the feed is the best and only choice.

A product feed is basically an excel spreadsheet listing all of the products and every attribute of the product that you wish included. Some of the information needed are pricing, description, product url, picture url, size, color, etc.. Each shopping site below has it's own format , Amazon being the most in-depth, and the most potential profit. We represent clients currently earning over $100,000 per month alone on Amazon.

Some of the shopping sites we create product feeds for are:

Amazon: Amazon.com is one of the branded global leaders in e-commerce. Acting as much as a marketplace as a shopping comparison site, Amazon offers pricing on everything from books, music, sports equipment, beauty supplies and jewelry. Provides comprehensive, relevant, and unbiased research information to help you choose the right product. Become.com provides a comparison shopping service to help the shopper get the best deal on hundreds of merchant storefront sites. Finding the right product at the best price to save you time and money is their goal. A relatively new shopping comparison site, they are well funded and are growing.

Superstar Teachers - 7 Inside Secrets for Superstar Teaching

"Teaching is more than a piece of paper or a position. It is a need that develops in the heart. It is a gift, not a learned action and only a true teacher can understand the feelings and needs that come from teaching."
Superstar teachers have control of their classroom, mastery of their material and the respect of their students. However becoming a superstar teacher isn't easy. It takes hard work, perseverance and determination.

Here are 7 secrets of superstar teachers.

  1. Know Your Why

It has been said that if you have a big enough "why" you can accomplish anything. So, know why you want to be a teacher. The reason must be bigger than life if you are going to stay motivated.

  2. Prepare Your Priorites

In order to make decisions you need to develop a set of predetermined priorities. Knowing your priorities will help you focus on doing first things first. Most people don't do what is important, they do what is urgent. So, decide what is most important to you and prepare your priorities.

  3. Determine Your Destination

If you are going to lead your students to an understanding of your subject matter, then you need to know where you are going. So, take the time to plan out your year and then prepare an outline for your students. This outline will serve as a road map for the upcoming year and everyone knows where you are going and what to expect.

  4. Choose Your Battles

You must learn to choose your battles, not every thing is worth fighting over. If you make it your habit to fight over every little thing you will eventually lose the war. Believe it or not, there are situations you might want to ignore and let it go for the time being. But when you do choose to take on a battle, you had better win. If you lose a battle, you will lose respect with your students.

  5. Know Your Audience

Spend some time getting to know your students. Ask questions about their families, pets, hobbies, likes and dislikes. The more you know about your students the better you can prepare your lessons to fit them. Besides know one cares about what you know till they know that you care.

  6. Work on Yourself

It is very important that you work harder on yourself than you do on job. You must have a plan for personal growth that includes books, CDs, DVDs, seminars and classes that will improve your skills. So, try to read at least one professional book a month, attend at least two seminars a year and try to take one class a year.

  7. Ignite Your Passion

It is very important that you teach with passion. If you don't have a passion for teaching, please stop teaching. Effective teaching is done with passion and you must work at keeping that flame burning. One of the best ways to ignite your passion is to watch uplifting movies about people who made a difference.

Movies like: Mr. Holland's Opus, Stand By Me, Man Without a Face or Stand and Deliver

Another way to keep your flame burning is to create a victory file. The victory file contains the notes, cards and letters from your students over the years. This is a powerful tool for maintaining your passion.

Teachers are underpaid, underestimated and unappreciated. Yet, to the true teacher it doesn't matter they continue to teach because it is a fulfillment of their destiny.

8 Rules For Being A Great Sponsor

With so many options on the internet and so many people chasing their dream of personal wealth, many lose sight of some of the bigger things in life - friendship, ethics, business principles.

With this in mind I wish to outline the rules for being a great sponsor.

1) Know your product/service.
How can you sponsor anyone into your company or multi-level marketing opportunity without knowing the ins and outs of the product, service. You should know everything you can know about your company and their products. You should be using them yourself and believe that they fill a need in the average person's life. If you don't believe in the product - don't expect others to. If your not using it, why will others? Is the product affordable, in demand, recurring? All these a questions people will want to know the answer to before trusting their time and effort into a new venture. Are there people who will just want to buy the product and not partake in the business?

2) Know the reward plan.
You need to know the reward plan and believe its fair. How many levels does the program reward you for building? Are these levels achievable. How much money does the company return to the consumers/sellers. Understand the difference between a pyramid marketing plan and a marketing plan that rewards team building. Will the eventual payoff be worth the time and effort?

3) Know the company.
How long has the company been in business? What is its reputation? Does it pay and deliver on time? Who owns the company? Why did they start it? What are they like? Do they have a vision? Does the company have a long term plan? Are you guaranteed your returns?

4) Share yourself.
You wouldn't want to join with someone who won't give you their name, don't expect others to do the same. Tell people who you are, you contact details, your goals and your success stories.

5) Be ethical.
NEVER steal leads off your down line. If you want your down line to work hard show them how to convert their own leads. Don't steal leads off other people. Individuals do have the right to choose their sponsor, but true leaders delegate and feel more satisfaction when their down line succeeds than with their own success. This is because the know they are harnessing the true power of an MLM or network marketing approach - unleashing the exponential power of numbers.

6) Know how to teach.
You need to teach your down line the methods you use to succeed. Don't keep a special tactic or ad to yourself. Share your best methods with your down line.

7) Be there to motivate.
Every now and then everyone gets down. Whether because its a quiet month or an unexpected problem, be there to listen, encourage. When your down line succeeds immediately congratulate them on their success

8) Be contactable.
Thanks to the internet, even if your on the other side of the world you can be contactable. Also thanks to tools like altavista babelfish you don't even need to speak the same language as your down line. You need to be contactable preferably within 24 hours. Check your email regularly.

How Tires are Manufactured?

The first stage of tire making is collecting raw materials and formulating rubber compounds. The raw materials used are rubber, oils, pigments, antioxidants, carbon black or silica, accelerators and other additives. These are then mixed together in a huge blender, which is called Banburys. After the mixing process is completed a gum like material forms. This material is then cut into strips. These strips will make the sidewalls and other portions of the tire.

The main body of the tire is manufactured using fabricated rubber.

Polyester, nylon and rayon are the fabrics used. The fabrics are changed depending on the type of the tire. But mostly Polyester is used. Another ring like component is used to make a tire. This is called tire bead. Steel wires of high tensile are used to make this tire bead.

Radial tires are made in a cylindrical tire-building machine. The machine almost gives the final shape of the tire. After the making of the tire, it passes through an assembling process. Tires are assembled from the inside out. The inner line of the tire is made of two layers of synthetic rubber. Then another double layer of poly fabric is pasted. Then follows two strips of apexes to harden the area. Then 2 chafer strips are then pasted. Then automatic rollers press all the parts. It helps the parts to bind. After an inspection the tire goes for curing process. In the curing process the tire is heated up to the temperature of 300F for 12-25 minutes. It gives the tire a proper shape. Then it passes through another inspection, which includes an X-ray session. If there is any fault, the X-ray session reveals it. After the inspection the tire is ready to roll.
